Ingredients

  • Stale bread 8 slices
  • Dairy-free milk 1/2 cup. Use only plant-based milk such as almond, soy, and hemp milk
  • Tofu 12 ounce
  • Maple syrup 1tbsp
  • Flaxseeds 1/2tbsp
  • Cinnamon 1/2tsp
  • Vanilla Extract 1/2tsp
  • Vegan butter 2-3 tbsp. Use it for frying purposes

Cinnamon Sugar Coating

  • Granulated sugar 1/3 cup
  • Ground cinnamon 1/2tbsp

Topping

  • Powdered sugar
  • Almond Milk
  • Fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and sliced bananas
  • Maple Syrup

Instructions
Prepare Cinnamon Sugar Coating

  1. Take a blender.
  2. Add ground cinnamon, and granulated sugar to the blender.
  3. Blend it until it combines well
  4. Preserve this mixture.
