Vanilla cake

Ingredients:
– 100 g heavy cream
– 233 g caster sugar
– 0.4 g salt
– 166 g eggs
– 1 vanilla bean
– 180 g type 55 flour
– 3.4 g baking powder
– 66 g melted butter

Place:

– Melt the butter, remove it so that it cools.
– Mix the cream, sugar and salt on high speed for 4 min.
– Add half of the eggs, mix for 2 min.
– Add the powders.
– Add the second part of the eggs.
– Add the cold melted butter.
