TENDER AND JUICY GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES

1 Lb.Of top sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces.
4 garlic cloves; minced.
4 Tbsp.Of unsalted butter.
2 Tbsp.Of olive oil.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional).
PREPARATION:
1st Step
Make sure your top sirloin steak is cooked correctly first. After trimming off any extra fat, slice the meat into bite-sized pieces. This will guarantee that every mouthful is perfectly cooked.
2nd Step
Season the steak bites liberally with salt and freshly ground pepper. This process is essential for boosting the meat’s inherent tastes.
3rd Step
Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large frying pan or skillet. Add the seasoned steak bites once they are heated. They should be allowed to sear for two to three minutes on each side or until a lovely golden-brown crust forms. You may need to do this in batches; just be careful not to overcrowd the pan.
