TENDER AND JUICY GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES

Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the minced garlic to the same skillet. Until aromatic, sauté for approximately a minute. A delicious garlic butter sauce is created by adding the butter and letting it melt.
5th Step
Return the seared steak pieces to the pan after the butter has melted completely and tasted garlicky. Gently toss them to evenly distribute the savory garlic butter sauce over each piece. To ensure the steak is cooked to the correct doneness, cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
6th Step
Place the steak pieces on a serving plate, being sure to cover them with any extra garlic butter sauce. Add freshly chopped parsley as a garnish for an added splash of flavor and color.
