Ingredients

  • 1 whole loaf of bread
  • 20 grams butter
  • 10 slices salami
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 100 grams grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Loaf:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Carefully cut the top off the loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick shell. Reserve the bread pieces for another use or discard them.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add the salt.
    • Stir in the chopped parsley and grated mozzarella cheese until well combined.
    • Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the salami slices and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until slightly crispy.
