Preparing the Meatballs
Mix the Meatball Ingredients: In a large bowl, add 600 g of ground beef. Season it with 1 teaspoon of salt, a generous pinch of black pepper1 teaspoon of garlic powder1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, and 1 medium onion chopped into small cubes. Mix all the ingredients together very well until fully combined.

Shape the Meatballs: Take a tablespoon of the meat mixture and shape it into a ball. Repeat this process until you’ve used up all the meat.
