Simple and Tasty Baked Meatballs in Creamy Sauce

Arrange in Baking Dish: Transfer all the shaped meatballs to a large oven-proof dish and set aside.
Preparing the Creamy Sauce
Mix the Sauce Ingredients: In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of turmeric1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, and 200 ml of heavy cream. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.

Add Parsley: Chop fresh parsley to taste and add it to the creamy sauce mixture. Mix once again until fully incorporated.
Baking the Meatballs
Pour the Sauce: Pour the creamy sauce all over the meatballs in the baking dish, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).

Bake the Meatballs: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbling and slightly thickened.
Serving
Serve Hot: Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy the meatballs hot, with the creamy sauce poured over them.
