Savory Beef Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  •  2 pounds beef, thinly sliced
  •  2 tablespoons soy sauce
  •  1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  •  1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  •  1 tablespoon cornstarch
  •  2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  •  1 large bell pepper, chopped
  •  1 large tomato, chopped
  •  3 cloves garlic, minced
  •  1-inch piece ginger, minced
  •  1/2 cup beef broth
  •  1 tablespoon brown sugar
  •  1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Green onions for garnish

Directions:
Step 1: Marinate the Beef

1. Combine Sauces: In a large bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch until smooth.
2. Marinate Beef: Add the sliced beef to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Heat Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
4. Stir-Fry Beef: Add the marinated beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
