  • 2 cups (500 g) of Greek yogurt (that’s about 4 plain unsweetened 125g Greek yogurt pots)
  • 8 ounces (about 1 cup or 250 g) mascarpone cheese or cream cheese (whichever you have or prefer)
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of cornstarch (helps thicken the dessert to the perfect consistency)
