Cookie Half Baked Chocolate Cake (Cookie Chocolate Micuit)
A decadent dessert combining the rich flavors of chocolate cake and cookie dough, perfect for any chocolate lover. This recipe results in a unique texture where the cake is partially baked, creating a gooey, delicious treat.
Ingredients
Cookie Dough:
60g granulated sugar (or a mix of brown and granulated sugar)
50g butter, softened
60g egg
120g flour, sifted
7g baking powder
90g dark chocolate, chopped (70%-80%)
Chocolate Micuit:
115g butter
100g dark chocolate, chopped (70%-80%)
60g caster sugar
50g flour
180g eggs
Preparation
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F).
Brush melted butter all over the inside of the molds.
Place molds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Prepare the Cookie Dough:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar and softened butter until creamy.
Whisk in the egg until fully incorporated.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder, mixing until a soft yet thick dough forms.
Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
