Cookie Half Baked Chocolate Cake

Cover the dough and chill it in the refrigerator.
Prepare the Chocolate Micuit:
In a small pan, melt the butter over low heat, then add the chopped dark chocolate and stir until fully melted and combined.
In a medium bowl, combine the caster sugar and flour.
Add the eggs and whisk together until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the batter and whisk until combined into a smooth chocolate batter.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag or a plastic bag with one corner snipped off.
Assemble and Bake:
Fill each mold halfway with the chocolate batter.
Place chunks of the chilled cookie dough on top of the chocolate layer, gently distributing them over the surface.
Bake for about 8 minutes, then turn the pan in the oven and bake for an additional 8-9 minutes, or until the cookie layer is golden brown.
Remove the pan from the oven and let the cakes cool to room temperature.
Serve:
Carefully remove the Cookie Chocolate Micuit from the molds.
Serve and enjoy!
Bon Appétit!
