  1. Soda crystals
It is a powerful ingredient that acts as a disinfectant, capable of dissolving the most stubborn stains such as urine or blood. Our grandmothers understood this as its degreasing power makes this cleaning product a multi-purpose cleaner for many household surfaces. In fact, it is used to make homemade detergents, clean hobs, oven racks or the bathroom sink.

For this you will need:

One cup of soda crystals
hot water
A sink
Sponge
In a bowl filled with hot water, dilute the soda crystals and mix. Soak a sponge in this liquid and rub the stained areas of the mattress with it. Then rinse with a glove dampened with water. Let it air dry and you will find a clean mattress.

  1. Dishwashing liquid
This is a great trick against stains on a mattress, especially if they are fresh. It works less well on old stains deeply embedded in the mattress. For this reason, the mattress should be cleaned regularly to remove stains quickly. To do this, it is necessary to mix warm water with dishwashing liquid and wipe the mattress with a sponge soaked in this liquid. Let it dry in the sun if possible for a few hours. Your mattress will be clean, tidy and odourless.
