Recipe for barras de pastel de queso without the need for baking

These easy-to-make cheesecake bars are a perfect dessert for any occasion. They have a creamy texture and a delicious graham cracker crust. Here’s how to make them: List of ingredients: For the exterior container: 2 cups of Graham cakes.

1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter.

1/4 cup of granulada.

For the pastel queso cobertura: 2 cups of heavy cream 16 ounces (2 packets) of queso crema ablandado.

1 cup of powdered sugar 1 cucharadita of vanilla essence.

1 cucharada of lime juice.

For filling:

1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs (optional)

1 teaspoon of sugar powder (optional)

Directions:

Make the base:

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Mix until crumbs are completely coated with butter.

Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch rectangular baking dish to create an even crust. Use the back of a spoon or a flat glass to press it down.

Refrigerate the dough to firm up while you prepare the filling.

Make the cheesecake decoration:

In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Cancel.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Mix sugar, vanilla and lemon juice with cream cheese, beating until smooth and well combined.

Add whipped cream to cream cheese mixture, stirring gently until combined. well mixed.

Make the cheesecake bars:

Add the cheesecake filling on the base, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Run a spatula over the top to make it smooth and uniform.

Let the cheesecake cool:
