Pasta salad with chicken and broccoli

**INGREDIENTS:**
– Orzo pasta (rice-shaped, uncooked)
– 2 chicken fillets (approximately 500 g)
– 500 g broccoli
– 1 medium-sized red pepper
– 1 fresh medium-sized cucumber
– Red onion (optional)
– Canned corn
– A bunch of dill
– 1-2 cloves of garlic
– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons natural yogurt or cream
– Salt
– Pepper
– Gyros seasoning or your favorite spices
– Frying oil

**PREPARATION:**

1. **Prepare the Broccoli:**
– Divide the broccoli into florets and cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
– Drain and immediately place in a colander, then rinse with cold water to retain its green color.

2. **Cook the Orzo Pasta:**
– Follow the instructions on the packaging to cook the orzo pasta until al dente.

3. **Prepare the Chicken:**
– Cut the chicken fillets into cubes and season them with gyros seasoning or your preferred spices.
– Fry the seasoned chicken in a small amount of oil until cooked through.

4. **Prepare the Vegetables:**
– Cut the cucumber, onion, and red pepper into cubes.
– Finely chop the dill.
– Drain the canned corn.

5. **Combine Ingredients:**
– In a large bowl, combine the cooked broccoli florets, fried chicken fillet, cooked orzo pasta, cubed cucumber, onion, red pepper, and drained corn.

6. **Prepare the Sauce:**
– In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, natural yogurt or cream, chopped dill, and pressed garlic clove.

7. **Assemble the Salad:**
– Pour the prepared sauce over the salad ingredients.
– Season the salad with salt and pepper according to taste.
– Mix everything together until well combined.

8. **Chill and Serve:**
– Refrigerate the salad for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
– Serve chilled and enjoy!
