Pasta salad with chicken and broccoli

**Ingredients:**
– Orzo pasta (rice-shaped), uncooked
– 2 chicken fillets (approximately 500 g)
– 500 g broccoli
– 1 medium-sized red pepper
– 1 medium-sized cucumber
– Red onion (optional)
– Canned corn
– A bunch of dill
– 1-2 cloves of garlic
– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons natural yogurt or cream
– Salt
– Pepper
– Gyros seasoning or your favorite spices
– Frying oil

**Preparation:**

1. **Prepare Broccoli:**
– Divide the broccoli into florets and cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
– Drain and rinse with cold water to maintain the vibrant green color.

2. **Cook Orzo Pasta:**
– Cook the orzo pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.

3. **Prepare Chicken:**
– Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and season with gyros seasoning or your favorite spices.
– Fry the seasoned chicken cubes in a small amount of oil until cooked through.

4. **Prepare Vegetables:**
– Dice the cucumber, onion, and red pepper into cubes.
– Chop the dill finely.
– Drain the canned corn.

5. **Assemble Salad:**
– In a large bowl, combine the cooked broccoli florets, fried chicken fillet, cooked orzo pasta, diced cucumber, onion, red pepper, and drained corn.

6. **Prepare Sauce:**
– In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, natural yogurt or cream, finely chopped dill, and pressed garlic clove.

7. **Combine and Season:**
– Pour the prepared sauce over the salad ingredients in the large bowl.
– Mix everything together until well combined.
– Season the salad with salt and pepper according to taste.

8. **Chill and Serve:**
– Refrigerate the salad for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
– Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious chicken and orzo pasta salad!
