Whenever I make this recipe, the house smells divine

    1. Cook the Ground Beef:
      • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
      • Add 1 finely chopped onion and 2 minced cloves of garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant.
      • Add 300g of ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
      • Season the beef with 1 teaspoon each of paprika and dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
    1. Assemble the Rolls:
      • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
      • Take a spoonful of mashed potatoes and flatten it into a disc in your hand.
      • Place a spoonful of the cooked ground beef mixture in the center of the potato disc.
      • Carefully fold the potato over the filling, shaping it into a roll. Seal the edges tightly.
    2. Bake the Rolls:
      • Place the assembled rolls onto the greased baking sheet.
      • Brush each roll with beaten egg wash for a golden finish.
      • Optionally, sprinkle grated cheese over the top of each roll for added flavor.
      • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and crispy.
  1. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
    • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them on their own.
