- Cook the Ground Beef:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add 1 finely chopped onion and 2 minced cloves of garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add 300g of ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Season the beef with 1 teaspoon each of paprika and dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

- Assemble the Rolls:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Take a spoonful of mashed potatoes and flatten it into a disc in your hand.
- Place a spoonful of the cooked ground beef mixture in the center of the potato disc.
- Carefully fold the potato over the filling, shaping it into a roll. Seal the edges tightly.
- Bake the Rolls:
- Place the assembled rolls onto the greased baking sheet.
- Brush each roll with beaten egg wash for a golden finish.
- Optionally, sprinkle grated cheese over the top of each roll for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and crispy.

- Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them on their own.
