VEGAN LIONS MANE MUSHROOM STEAKS!

Ingredients:

2 large Lion’s Mane mushrooms

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
