Vegan Grilled Tofu

Instructions:

  1. Cover the block of the tofu in the paper towel and then put a plate over it, add some heavy weight to it, and then press it for 1 hour.
  2. Take a small bowl, add the garlic powder, sesame oil, seasoned rice vinegar, avocado oil, and soy sauce, and then whisk them properly.
  3. Now slice the pressed tofu into 4 equal slices per block and then place them in a deep tray.
  4. Then, add the prepared marinade over the tofu, cover it, and then put the tray into the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour to overnight.
  5. Heat the grill over medium heat and then brush it with the oil.
  6. Take the marinated tofu out from the fridge and then place one by one in the grill.
  7. Then, cook for at least 5 to 6 minutes on each side till it appears golden or brown lines.

Notes:
It is compulsory to use the well-pressed tofu.

You can utilize any of your choice vegan-friendly oil.
Storage:
If any of the marinated tofu is left, you can keep it for later use in the fridge for 4-5 days.
