Graham cracker crumbs 1 1/2 cups
Granulated sugar 1/4 cup (for crust), 1 cup (for filling)
Unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup
Cream cheese, softened 24 ounces
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Eggs 3 large
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced 2 cups
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Cornstarch 2 teaspoons

Instructions:

    1. Prepare the cheesecake crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Place in the refrigerator to set.
