How to freeze cornbread?

When freezing cornbread, make sure to cool it completely and wrap each loaf in a plastic wrap very well (avoid squeezing them).
HOW TO MAKE IT : 

  • First of all, set your oven at 375°F and get your 10-inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray (you can also use any other pan you have).
  • Take a big bowl, combine together all the dry ingredients (cornmeal, white sugar, salt, baking soda, all-purpose flour); and in a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients (melted butter, buttermilk, eggs).
  • Whisk together the two mixtures with a wooden spoon for 4 minutes.
  • Pour the batter in the baking pan or dish then bake for 40 minutes.
  • Serve warm with preferred sides!
