This blast from the past is a quick and easy supper

  1. Assemble the Pie:

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
    • Spread beef mixture in the bottom of the dish.
    • Top with shredded cheeses.
  2. Prepare the Batter:

    • Whisk together Bisquick, milk, and eggs.
  3. Bake the Pie:

    • Pour batter over beef and cheese mixture.
    • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    • Let cool slightly before slicing.
  4. Serve:

    • Slice and serve hot. Enjoy with your favorite sides.
