The real delicacy for New Year’s Eve dinner. The method that saves your time!

For the sauce:

15 g (0.5 oz) garlic, minced

200 ml (6.8 fl oz) tomato sauce

100 g (3.5 oz) cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, parsley, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic, egg, and 50 g of tomato sauce. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.

While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce. In a saucepan, sauté the minced garlic in a little oil until fragrant. Add the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-10 minutes, then stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.

Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to a serving dish and pour the tomato cheddar sauce over the top.

Garnish with some fresh parsley and extra grated cheddar if desired. Serve hot.
