The moment it landed on my tongue, I was sold for life.

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and Sloppy Joe sauce until evenly coated.
Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet, cut side up.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and minced garlic. Spread this mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
Spoon the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the garlic-buttered bread halves.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the top of the chicken mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if using, before slicing and serving.

Variations & Tips
For a spicier kick, add some diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the chicken mixture. If you prefer a vegetarian version, substitute the chicken with shredded jackfruit or sautéed mushrooms. You can also experiment with different cheeses like pepper jack or gouda for a unique twist. If you’re in a rush, store-bought rotisserie chicken works wonders and saves you even more time.
