Sugar-Free, Low-Calorie Chocolate Dessert

Instructions:

    1. Hydrate agar agar or gelatin: In a small bowl, combine agar agar or unflavored gelatin with water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
    2. Prepare coconut milk mixture: In a saucepan, heat coconut milk and water over medium heat until warm, but not boiling. Whisk in cocoa powder until dissolved.
    1. Combine with agar agar or gelatin: Add hydrated agar agar or gelatin to the coconut milk mixture. Stir until dissolved and mixture is slightly thickened.
  1. Pour and set: Pour the mixture into molds or a glass dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  2. Serve: Unmold or cut the dessert into desired shapes. Enjoy chilled!
