Stuffed Potatoes Recipe 

Preparation: 

  1. Boil water in a medium-sized pot. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is cooked.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cabbage leaves and cook for 2 to 4 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the cabbage leaves. Roll the leaves up and secure them with kitchen thread or string.
  5. Place the cabbage rolls in a large skillet over medium heat and pour the remaining tomato soup over them. Cover the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 40 minutes, skimming and draining frequently.
