So tasty! You’ll get addicted, I swear!

1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup granola (optional)
Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
Scatter the blueberries and sliced strawberries over the top of the yogurt mixture, pressing them down gently.
Sprinkle granola on top, if using, for added texture and crunch.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely firm.
Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
