Smoked Sausage and Cheese Potato Casserole

Transfer the chopped and cooked potatoes to a 2-quart saucepan while this is happening. After the meat has cooked, add it and mix well.

Blend all ingredients (excluding paprika and cheddar cheese shreds) in a pan over medium heat until cooked, melted, and soft. (While doing so, add a whisk and swirl constantly).

Dip the potatoes and pork in the white cheese sauce. Then, sprinkle the top with the paprika and shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

To get a golden brown finish, bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes in a preheated oven.
