Pizza Bowl

Preparation

  1. Place 4 oven-safe bowls upside down on a baking sheet. Coat them with oil.
  2. Place each pizza dough over the bowls and cut off the excess dough.
  3. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, turn the pizza bowls right side up on the baking sheet, and bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. Let them cool completely.
  6. Divide the arugula, halved cherry tomatoes, duck breast, finely sliced onion, and chopped cheese into the pizza bowls.
  7. Season with a bit of salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Finish by adding a bit of basil.
