Preparation
- Place 4 oven-safe bowls upside down on a baking sheet. Coat them with oil.
- Place each pizza dough over the bowls and cut off the excess dough.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, turn the pizza bowls right side up on the baking sheet, and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Let them cool completely.
- Divide the arugula, halved cherry tomatoes, duck breast, finely sliced onion, and chopped cheese into the pizza bowls.
- Season with a bit of salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Finish by adding a bit of basil.
