- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, drained pineapple, chopped bell pepper, green onions, half of the chopped pecans, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- 3. Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it in the remaining chopped pecans until the cheeseball is evenly coated.
- 4. Wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- 5. Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
