Pineapple Cheeseball from Heaven

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 

Instructions: 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, drained pineapple, chopped bell pepper, green onions, half of the chopped pecans, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 
  1. 2. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well incorporated. 
  1. 3. Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it in the remaining chopped pecans until the cheeseball is evenly coated. 
  1. 4. Wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. 
  1. 5. Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
