PINEAPPLE CAKE BARS: A Sweet Tropical Delight for Your Next Party

1 Cup.Of crushed pineapple, drained.

FOR THE PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

A tub.Of cream cheese; softened to room temp.

1/2 Cup.Of unsalted butter; softened to room temp.

4 Cups.Of powdered sugar.

1/2 Cup.Of crushed pineapple, drained.

1 Tsp.Of vanilla extract.

OPTIONAL GARNISH:

Toasted coconut flakes.
