Pancakes Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 300g of all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 60g sugar
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.

2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk. Mix well.

3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined and smooth.

4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease it with butter or oil.

5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles start to form on the surface. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown.

6. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as necessary.

7. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, fresh fruits, or whipped cream.
