My mother-in-law made this for dinner, and it was an absolute sensation, had to score the recipe

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:
1. Coat chicken in mixture of flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
2. Cook chicken in heated oil until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, melt butter, and sauté onion and garlic until onion is translucent.
4. Add diced tomatoes and cook briefly.
5. Sprinkle in 1 tbsp flour, stir.
6. Pour in white wine, simmer briefly.
7. Lower heat, add cream, stir.
8. Gradually add Parmesan, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until creamy.
9. Cook spaghetti, drain.
10. Add chicken to creamy sauce.
11. Serve chicken and sauce over spaghetti.

Garnish with extra Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Enjoy!
