Ingredient
Quantity

Chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 cup

Sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Grease a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Pour the crushed pineapple into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Top with cherry pie filling.
  4. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the fruit layers.
  5. Pour melted butter over the cake mix.
  6. Sprinkle chopped nuts and optional coconut on top.
  7. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm.
