Making this fills the house with the best aroma.

Directions
1. Begin by blanching the green beans in a pot of boiling salted water for about 3-4 minutes, just until they start to soften. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the garlicky butter. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the beans are tender but still crisp.
4. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the beans, stirring to combine evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Finally, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the beans. Cover the skillet for a minute or two until the cheese melts and bubbles.
6. Serve warm, allowing the cheese to slightly cool for added texture.
Variations & Tips
For a bit of a crunch, you can add toasted sliced almonds or breadcrumbs on top before serving. If you love a touch of heat, sprinkle some red pepper flakes along with the garlic. For a richer version, substitute the butter with garlic-infused olive oil. You can also mix in a little bit of cream for an extra indulgent, creamy version of this delightful dish. Enjoy experimenting and make this recipe truly yours!
