Love making a huge batch of this and freezing for later! Quick and easy meal!

Instructions:

    1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and cook until translucent.
    2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
    3. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned. Drain excess fat.
    4. Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
  1. Add chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in kidney beans and pinto beans. Simmer for another 30 minutes.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Serve hot with desired garnishes (e.g., shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, fresh cilantro).
