LEFTOVER TURKEY STUFFING BALLS RECIPE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, Parmesan cheese, egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with gravy or cranberry sauce.
