I’ve cooked this dish four times now, and I’m still not tired of it!

1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup avocado oil or olive oil for frying

Directions

1. Begin by preparing the breading mixture. In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. In another shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream to create an egg wash.
3. Pat the cube steaks dry with paper towels to ensure the coating sticks. Dip each steak first into the egg wash, allowing any excess to drip off, and then coat it thoroughly with the breading mixture. Press the breading into the meat to ensure it adheres well.
4. Heat the avocado or olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the breaded steaks into the skillet. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Remove the steaks from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

6. Serve immediately with your favorite low-carb sides and enjoy!

Variations & Tips
For a bit of spice, consider adding some cayenne pepper to the breading mixture. If you prefer a pork version, thinly pounded pork chops can be used in place of the beef cube steaks. For the dairy-sensitive, a mixture of crushed pork rinds and your favorite non-dairy cheese can replace the Parmesan cheese in the breading. Additionally, using a mix of different nut flours can add a unique flavor and texture to your breading.
