It’s so delicious recipe that I cook it 3 times a week

Instructions: 

  1. 1. Prepare the ingredients: Mince the garlic, slice the potatoes, and chop the onion, carrot, and tomato. 
  1. 2. Brown the ground beef: Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the minced onion until fragrant. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. 
  1. 3. Season the beef: Add chili powder, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley to the beef, stirring to combine. 
  1. 4. Add the vegetables: Stir in the garlic, chopped carrot, tomato, and frozen peas. Pour in the vegetable stock and continue to cook for 5-7 minutes. 
  1. 5. Thicken the mixture: Add the flour and stir it in to thicken the sauce. 
  1. 6. Prepare the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter. 
  1. 7. Assemble the dish: Layer the sliced potatoes in the greased baking dish, then pour the ground beef mixture over the potatoes. 
  1. 8. Season and bake: Cover the dish and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. 
  1. 9. Garnish and serve: Top with parsley if desired, and enjoy your comforting ground beef and potato bake!
