Ingredients:

- Oil for cooking, such as olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped carrot

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 cup (240 milliliters) of vegetable stock (or any stock)
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric-based flour
- 4-5 pieces of parsley for garnish
