Irresistible Coconut Layer Dessert

Prepare the Whipped Cream Layer

  3. Repeat Layers: Spread a generous layer of coconut cream over the biscuits, making sure to cover them completely. Add another layer of ladyfinger biscuits over the coconut cream.
  4. Add Whipped Cream: Spread the whipped cream mixture over the second layer of biscuits, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  5. Continue Layering: Continue layering until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.

Top with Shredded Coconut

  1. Sprinkle Coconut: Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded coconut over the top layer of whipped cream.
  2. Optional Toasting: For a more toasted coconut flavor, you can toast the shredded coconut in a dry skillet over medium heat until it’s golden brown before sprinkling it over the dessert.

Chill and Serve

  1. Refrigerate: Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. This will allow the flavors to meld together and the layers to set properly.
