If you have 1 liter of milk,yogurt and half a lemon, you can make the best homemade cheese

1.Heat the milk: In a saucepan, heat the milk for 15 minutes on low heat without boiling it.
2.Prepare the lemon juice: While the milk is heating, squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
3.Mix the ingredients: Remove the milk from the heat and gradually add the plain yogurt and lemon juice. 4.Stir for a few seconds.
5.Let it sit: Allow the mixture to sit for at least 3 hours.
6.Strain the mixture: Place the cotton gauze in a container and strain the mixture through it, separating the whey from the curdled part.
7. Press the cheese: Fold the cotton gauze over the curdled part and place a weight on top. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
8.Season and mold: Season the cheese with salt if desired, then place it in a mold of your choice.
9.Refrigerate: Refrigerate the cheese in its mold for another 8 hours.
10.Enjoy: Your homemade fresh cheese is ready to be enjoyed!
You can also try a vegan version of this recipe by using a mixture of coconut milk and almond milk instead of sheep’s milk, and probiotic capsules instead of yogurt.
