I learned this trick at a restaurant! Juicy and delicious chicken

Ingredient Quantity
Heavy cream 200 grams
Mozzarella cheese, grated 200 grams

Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic flakes, and crushed garlic.
    3. Peel and slice onion. Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  1. Place chicken thighs on a baking tray. Surround with onions and potatoes.
  2. Pour heavy cream over the chicken and vegetables.
  3. Roast for 40 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the dish.
  5. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
