I always soak chicken bought from the store in salted water. I wasn’t aware of this before.

I try to get rid of all this stuff as much as possible. I always used to make things easier – when I cooked something in the oven, I would add seasoning before cooking. I poured out the first water from the dishes.

Now I have a technique that works for every situation.

First, you will need one liter of water.  I added a little bit of citric acid and three large spoons of salt. Stir the mixture thoroughly until the salt completely dissolves.

After that, I place the chicken in this blend. It is very important that the whole body is completely under the water!

I left it for 3 hours, or even until the next day.

This simple solution removes all the excess fat from the chicken. As an added bonus, you will have juicier and tastier chicken meat.

Hello, pals. I strongly recommend this method to you. I use it myself and I know what I’m talking about.

Now I always soak chicken bought from the store in salted water. I wish I had known about this sooner, let me tell you why.
