Under-eye bags occur due to various reasons including, but not limited to, aging, lack of sleep, dehydration, and allergies. These factors cause the tissues around your eyes to weaken and sag, creating the appearance of bags.

Quick Method to Reduce Under-Eye Bags
Cold Spoon Technique
Materials Needed:

2 metal teaspoons

A cup of ice water or just a refrigerator

Instructions:

Chill the Spoons: Place the teaspoons in a cup of ice water or in the refrigerator for a few minutes until they are very cold.

Apply to Under-Eye Area: Once chilled, take the spoons out and immediately place the curved back part against your under-eye bags. Make sure the spoons cover the entire area of the under-eye bags.

Hold and Move: Gently press the spoons against your bags. For added effect, slowly massage the area with the rounded edge of the spoon, moving from the inner corner of your eye outward. This movement helps drain fluid that’s pooling under your eye.
