Instructions:

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg. Pour this mixture over the meat mixture.
- Gently mix all the ingredients until just combined. Avoid overmixing, as it can result in tough meatballs.
- Shape and Brown the Meatballs:
- Using your hands, scoop portions of the meat mixture and roll them into meatballs of your desired size.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Place the meatballs in the skillet and brown them on all sides. This will give the meatballs a nice crust.

- Stir in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Continue cooking and stirring until the gravy reaches your desired consistency.
- Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine and Serve:
- Gently place the browned meatballs into the gravy. Let them simmer in the gravy for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
