Ginger and lemon drink: A great way to lose belly fat.

1 liter of water

1 piece of fresh ginger that is around 5 centimeters long

1 lemon juice

2 tablespoons of honey

Making ginger tea:

Put the water in a pot and heat it until it boils.

Grate the ginger and put it in the water.

Let it cook gently on low heat for around 5 minutes.

Filter your mixture using a strainer or coffee filter. After that, mix in the lemon juice and honey.

Making ginger water:

Grate the ginger, or even better, juice it.

Mix water, grated or juiced ginger, lemon juice, and honey in a pitcher, then put it in the fridge.

And that’s it, your lemon and ginger cleansing drink is ready.

You don’t have to purchase a detox drink from the pharmacy! This nutritious and refreshing beverage will make you feel more energized and fit.

You will see, it tastes great… and it’s affordable! You can enjoy it hot or cold, depending on what you like.

It is best to drink it in the morning before eating anything. But it will benefit you greatly all day long. When it’s hot outside, it’s nice to drink it cold to satisfy your thirst.
