FROZEN FRUIT SALAD

This classic recipe is a treasure from my great-grandma’s collection, a playful variation on traditional marshmallow fruit salad, but with an extra twist—it’s frozen! It’s the ideal addition to festive occasions or as a revitalizing summer side dish. You might even find it to be a light and refreshing dessert option.

To this day, this recipe remains a beloved tradition at our family gatherings. Nowadays, my Aunt Jenny has taken up the tradition, ensuring it graces our Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas tables without fail.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 2 cups of whipped topping, with extra for serving
  • 1 pint of diced strawberries
  • 2 large bananas, chopped and diced
  • 20 ounces of drained crushed pineapple

Instructions:

Step One:

  1. Begin by blending the softened cream cheese with the diced strawberries until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple, chopped bananas, and the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.

Step Two:

  1. Evenly spread this delightful concoction into a 9×13 baking pan.
