Fixed dinner tonight and my hubby ate more than half of this. So tasty

10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup or homemade condensed soup
3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, defrosted

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Prepare the stuffing mix and hot water according to the package instructions. Set aside.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, mixed veggies, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup.
5. In a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish, spread the chicken mixture evenly as the base. Top with stuffing.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the edges are bubbling.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve hot and enjoy the comforting flavors of this Chicken Stuffing Casserole alongside your preferred side dishes.
