Crock-Pot Chicken with Black Beans & Cream Cheese

Ingredients:

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
– 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (e.g., Rotel)
– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, lime wedges, sour cream.
