Anywhere from six to eight pork loin chops, with or without bones
Rousset potatoes, six, peeled and sliced
ten ounces of each can of mushroom soup condensed
12 fluid ounces (1 can) of evaporated milk
3 and 3/4 cups of water
One package of Lipton onion soup or three tablespoons of onion soup base
Season with salt and pepper as desired.
Extra not included: Onions in a fried form
Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 325°F.
Second, combine the onion soup base, pepper, salt, evaporated milk, water, and condensed cream of mushroom soup in a big basin.
3. In a greased casserole dish, lay down the sliced potatoes in a single layer.
